Oh, listen, the music starting at about 3:40 is a variation of Simon & Garfunkel´s "Scarborough Fair"! Funny, I first thought about that song when I read the video title. One of my favourite songs. It´s also on youtube.

Yes it is quite pleasant to be hearing "Scarborough Fair" in this episode, though I have to correct you; the song isn't a variation "of Simon and Garfunkel's". Scarborough Fair has been around as part of Yorkshire culture for a very long time, and S&G just take greedy credit for making it popular with North America.
