Cool vid! I went through flight school in 1983, we flew TH-55's, UH-1H's and then I went through the aeroscout track with the OH-58. Fun time!

All our TH-55 instructors were civilians, once we got into UH-1's and OH-58 (both the A and C model) the IP's were all military.

Really nice to fly jet rangers, not TH55's, first time I flew a 58 I hovered it at 1500 feet not meaning to! But I go back a long way, These also have a N number on them, I remember some civillian IP's, TI's and crew chief's but no civillan aircraft.

In my day at Rucker the TH-55 was the work horse. We looked the OH-58 with lust.
