I'm here for you, dude. Once I viewed the "anti-grappling" video, I actually thought it wasn't too bad. It's more than most Wing Chun instructors would do . . . but it's not anti-grappling and there's really no such thing in any case.
There's no kicking because that's a submission grappling match, Doc. Not sure why it's posted as a response to your video, unless it was some kind of "Anti-Grappling" goofiness like Boztepe and some others teach.
If it was, then Whiteshark may be making the subtle point that the real anti-grappling is the ability to grapple well.
I know just how the guy in blue feels.... Good stuff there.
