@nicsu you know considering that EG is almost equal(actually even better imho) to RIP it's kinda like saying a mix between RIP & RIP, or EG & EG lol, it doesn't make any sense lol

anyway since this is a 9 month old comment that caught my eye, just so you know, according to a Dave Elifson vid interview, the now new soon to be released "13" he's says is more of a CTE/CW/TSHF mix which is also awesome. Why am I replying to a 9 month old comment? not really sure lol

much better than united abominations, system has failed is still the best out of the three. i think whats missing overall is a real sense of arc in the songs. megadeth was always my favorite because the songs were brutal yet melodically memorable. alot of these songs the melody sucks, dave just sounds like he's talking over a crazy ass riff. which works sometimes but not the whole album. also, im sick of picking a scale and doing excercises standing in for writing a damn solo now a days.

@drewsteele2 i find this album much more intelligent than system. it has diferent styles, it's a complete piece of work, fast, slow, hard and melodic tracks, and has the best megadeth team since rust. for me it's, along with MH's Blackening, the best heavy metal album of the last decade.
