I my life was xbox, i would play everyday, upload xbox videos, get paid playing xbox, or designing games, which I do not. remix and hd, could mean, high definition remixes, eg music etc. you probably never even been in a gym.

  • @omfggoogle I'm with you, omfggoogle. Don't get me wrong, you're friend is "lifting the weights" but you need to keep your core still, in a stable, static position. The arm needs to come up and you need to bring it up so that there's about 6 inches from your anterior deltoid (shoulder muscle that connect to your chest). Then you need to bring the arm back down to your waist to the starting position.

    Basically, he's lifting a small amount and curling his torso to meet it.

  • Ach I dunno, the reps werent that bad - OK, he didnt do a full curl but a lot of people wouldn't even get the weight up in the first place.

    Not bad considering he doesn't look that big, and that's not an insult, just an observation from my point of view. I've seen guys with massive arms who can't do even 22.5's with proper form.

  • You are not working the muscle through a full range of motion. You are leaning into the weight and doing half reps, which is why you have small under developed arms. You shoul lean back and stretch the arms fully my friend and maybe then your arms will grow.

  • probably working the biceps a lot but that is terrible form didnt even complete the reps properly half of the time im afraid, although it is decent that he lifted that much anyway

  • Reece, it sounds like you're bitter. The form was perfect and the reps were full, you can tell by the angle of his arms and his elbows stayed in place. You shouldn't get nasty just because of what this man is able to accomplish.
