@MJ666ish make a new layer... make sure its on trancparency, use fuzzybrush 19 to colour in the skin white, on the layers toolbar change the mode at the top to saturation then lower the opacity. im not her but i hope i helped... ill make a tutorial on it in 5 minutes

@MJ666ish Make a new layer and make sure it's on transparency. Use any brush you want but fuzzy brushes work best. Use a skin tone that is lighter than the original skin tone. Paint over all of the skin. Then go to filters>Blur>Gaussian Blur and set the amount to whatever looks good. And that's pretty much it.

mine does the same when you click It don't click anything else and just let it load and It will work It takes so long to load because of all the brushes and all of that so just be patient : )
