so many memories with this game.... Just staying up till 4 a.m. looking for Wisp, fishing, catching bugs, spending 2 hours making a design at the Able Sisters shop and then waking up the next morning, running down to my best friend's house bragging about all the neat and cool stuff I did. I occasionally get on youtube and look up AC songs, but I always regret doing it because no matter how badly I want to play it again.. I can't. I've just gotten too old. It just isn't the same anymore. :(

The Christmas music in animal crossing has so much win in it.

I've noticed that if you play the GC version in the daytime and the Wii version in the nighttime in the Christmas season, it sets the mood perfectly. Especially if your town has snow on the ground or is currently getting snow. (in real life, I mean)

This song brings back so many memories. Every time I hear it, it just makes me remember being a little kid playing on my gamecube, getting up so early just to play this game on Christmas Day, along with Mario, and even Pikmin. Playing Luigi's Mansion in the middle of the night, scared shitless. I always want to tear up when I hear this song. It's just a beautiful song. And I can't believe how many years have gone by so fast. This song just reminds me of my childhood. Merry Christmas, everyone.

Hopefully Animal Crossing 3DS includes holidays! Being PC doesn't have to mean no real holidays, it can mean MORE holidays!

It'd be really fun if you could play foreign holidays and learn about them, maybe they can even make different territories celebrate them in different ways, that way if we connect to a friend in Japan, their GW is a lot more extravagant than US GW (where it's only marked on a calendar), and if you visit someone in France they have Bastille Day instead of the 4th of July!

During Animal Crossing Christmas' I would send very expensive furniture and nice clothes to all my neighbors and a letter saying "Merry Christmas, here is a gift!" Then I would sit next to my bonfire furniture in my favorite AC Chair, with my Able Sisters PJ suit while listening to KK Love. <3

If Nintendo puts in the worthless Wild World/City Folk soundtrack into AC:3DS, I'm gonna freakin' scream. The best game was the first, and a good portion of what made it the best was the music. WW/CF music is stale, boring, and unengaging, to say the least. City Folk in itself was nothing but a Wild World port to Wii, with the addition of the city.

@SuperYoshiTheFirst1 Well the Gamecube one has NES and more holidays than both of them but it lacks some of the more interesting features that were added in the 3rd Re-release of Animal Crossing in Japan (Animal Crossing GCN had three versions in Japan one on the N64 which was primitive, the one we got on GCN that featured American holidays added by the NOA that Nintendo of Japan was so impressed with they dubbed in back in Japanese and re-released it, and the e+ one which had a ton *2bcont.*
