This is a sitcom worth its weight in gold and these two episodes were amazing. The song, the situation and the driving towards the prom and stopping past the signpost, reversing and driving the other way. its such a simple scene that lasts 10/15 seconds but it has so much power, so much emotion. When i saw this i always wanted to write the scene into a novel and i managed it. Bring this back 25 years later

Thank you for posting this. I was thinking of the song and had to find it. What a great show and a great song. The sitcoms on in the 80s had such heart. Maybe I'm just remembering thins with a bias. People were kinder to one another than they are now.

Tracy Pollan is so lovely. She is such a wonderful wife to Micheal especially when he was first diagnosed with Parkinson's disease. She was so loving and compassionate to him. Their marriage will last forever.
