No one can pardon war crimes. Those involved in the torture of prisoners of war (Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld, Rice, Tenet, Ashcroft, Powell, etc) will forever be subject to arrest, trial, and execution. They had better not set foot outside the US for the rest of their lives.
That's about as likely as waking up to find peace on Earth. It would be nice if the entire Excecutive Branch were hung for their crimes. Unfortunately, there will be no punishment/imprisonment. None of them will even be placed on trial for the way they manipulated this country into allowing their evil.
If you want to hang Bush for hiscrimes, you need to hang Clinton, Pelosi, Kerry, Dean, Edwards etc. They are all on record saying Iraq has WMD's and voted to fund the war.

He spoke out agianst Pelosi when she was actually well thought of. While he believes in Global Warming his solution isn't to close businesses. He is willing to go to war with Pakistan (god forbid) very un-Democrat of him. Pakistan has been a major sponsor of the Taliban, Al Quaeda, has given sanctuary to those regimes, etc. Pakistan is a failed Ultra-Muslim state with nuclear weapons that has "done the dirty" on all its neighbors. The Afghan war is only still going because the USA can't enter Pakistani border regions because Pakistan won't let them and won't go itself because it is supporting them. Completely corrupt.
...Obama would only supported the bailout if their were certain conditions that prohibited it being spent on CEOs (yeah, Congress let them get away with it but Obama brought that to peoples attention.) McCain actually called Obama a War Mongerer(how the heck do you spell that.) Not you're typical Partisan Liberal.
