I have acid wear on my upper front teeth but when i asked my dentist she was like dont worry its completely normal youll be fine, i dont trust her

damn! i wish someone had told me that brushing your teeth after eating isnt a smart idea...my dentist was shocked when i showed him my teeth and asked him wtf i did wrong...tg it doesnt show when i smile so i dont have to keep my mouth shut all the time.

Rinse your mouth with baking soda to neutralize the acid after eating acidic food/drink!

My teeth have "acid wear" so bad, my first dentist knew immediately that I have a bad habit of swishing my soda around in my mouth. My second dentist thought I was bulimic, either way that's not good! LOL!
