Hi I love your videos they are amazing, I just wanted to know if the iMac is going to be updated anytime soon because I am planning on buying an one, but don't want to get stuck with an older model if its going to be updated. Do have any ideas of what we could expect for the next update maybe a larger screen like a 30'' or any design changes or is it just going to have some spec boosts?

lol yeah mac books are more expensive BUT

apple produces the design the software and the hardware

so its more expensive but it goes better mac osx is much better than vista or 7 and the design is awsome and if you want good hardware to play computer games than mac isnt the right address for yu

Why do you think Mac users are far more intelligent & wealthy than PC users? It's about what you do with the speed, not the amount of speed you have. Mac's take longer to accept new technologies due to testing, redesign and the fact that sometimes its not needed.

Us Mac users prefer style, quality, design, reliability and an elegant feel over speed. But then again, the average Mac is far faster than the average PC so.....

Mac pro best video card you can get is the 4870 by ATI, and that's a relatively new development and its a generation old. There's more but of course you're a Mac/Apple DB and it's a waste of time even talking to you about it. Because if you knew what came in your Mac hardware-wise you would feel like an idiot for buying it and getting ripped off so badly.

a famous german online store gives special offers for imacs until the 6th of october. so propably we'll see the new lineup in the middle of next week...

Like Dave said, their top sellers are the iMac, MacBook and mac mini (except MacBook took a backseat to the MacBook pro) but with these updates they will still be their leading sellers. They won't cancel the MacBook

yeah I heard about this Google mess up in a MacWorld newsletter. if this is true to the point this would convince me to skip the MBP and just get the standrard Macbook. thought it would be nice if they would bring back the black Macbook from the dead and maybe introduce the 1-button trackpad
