I think you have just enough electrical knowledge to be dangerous.lol I appreciate the video but will offer this. You showed 22amps off the old unit being dedicated to charge your battery, That's a very healthy current for charging. Any more and you risk boiling off the electrolyte. What was the voltage at that point? Also don't forget that the converter is capable of 55amps total. This is divided between charging, and running the DC bus. 55amps to charge IMHO is to much. I enjoyed the vid 73's
Great video! I replace my WFCO 8955 with the PD 4655 two weeks ago. I found the instructions to be very easy to follow and didn't have any problems with the installation. I watched your video yesterday and you had a problem with the LED indicator on the power distribution circuit board not lighting. I have the same problem. The output voltages change when the manual control button is pushed, but the LED does not light. What did you do to correct this problem?
@EWRavon Thanks. It turns out that the 4-pin cable was wired wrong. Tech support sent me instructions for fixing the cable. I'll send you a message with the instructions.

I actually just sat and watched the whole thing and I don't even have an RV lol... I just find this sort of thing fascinating.
Well done sir.. Hope you can get the last bit sorted with the larger cable :)
