James Garner sings well; he's probably the greatest (barely) living American actor. There's a new country singer, oddly enough, who does Johnny Cash tributes and calls himself James Garner.

thanks for posting. I love this song .James has the coolest voice . this is not a good song to sing the words to when you are walking around the kitchen...kinda gets you in trouble with the wife. by the way waymore i have this on cd waylon and company rca 1983 its really good

So, James Garner sings too.Didn't know that. There's a clip of him attending a Waylon concert on a Waylon Jennings site on My Space. The song has a great back beat and the guitar is undeniably ol Hoss.

tt, since i started uploading on you tube i have found songs i never heard before but like you said ...they were all in my collection, it shows how well we listen at times(I don't think) but it is great when you find them it is like a hidden treasure.

I'm about to make a spreadsheet of my Waylon stuff and the songs on the CDs because I, too, forget what I have. There is a discordography in Waylon's autobiography but it would be much easier to find in a word search on a spread sheet. I guess my obsession with Waylon's music is getting more complex.
