You gave me some great ideas on syncopation and M-skip. I have tried variations with drop thombing and this will help a lot. Also the Mississippi sawyer video was too cool!

Thanks. I do some of those suggestions 'instinctively'. But really, I do them because I've listened and practiced making what I want to hear happen.
Having you articulate the various routes to getting drive is helpful. Gives me a lot to have fun working/playing on.
