Or you can just stop paying the credit cards also wait for the lawsuit show up , throw 20000 pages of legal mumbo jumbo at the attorney who will probably be 2 lazy to fight you and ask for a case dismissal like I did with about 5 creditors.
The bank is going to DESTROY your credit score anyway when you default on the mortgage, so there is no point in paying unsecured debt at all as it doesn't save you anything but the headache of showing up 1 hour to get a dismissal from a judge.

I know a guy in Oregon who sold his home and the bank accepted it as payoff. The bank was not aware that there was 20K in cash, under the table.... Just another method.
