@MashinGar some kind of sandwich called "Ebi Filet-o" ("ebi" like the japanese word for "shrimp"), with mushroom sauce... according some info I've seen here on YouTube, she ("Ebi"... Ebihara, got the wordplay? (:D) ) is playing with all those hats (the mushrooms in the sauce) maybe to picture the mix within the sandwich
