Dude I finally I got tone from this amp Thank you so much for your help I'm in love with this head the distortion its so clean and define..and also cleans really good with the guitar volume I'm impress with the attack response when I hit the strings herded or softer most in the crunch channel I played 2 gigs Friday and Saturday with 2 complete different bands and the amp responded far beyond I expected .Once again thank you for your help you are an Amazing guitar player keep posting videos!

Do you happen to know what sort of preamp tubes you have loaded in there? I ask because I have essentially the same rig and the gain is little too fizzy when pushed...I have a strong suspicion it's the preamp tubes. My cab is a Laney 2x12 with Classic Lead 80's.

Dude you playing and tone are amazing .. I just got the same amp but mi running a carvin 2x12 and I cant get the same tone and I tried everything.. do you think I need a Laney Cab or replace my Cab Speaker ? what kind of cab are you using there .. are those vintage 30 on that cab?

thank you very much.. yes when i was in the store i hooked up all kinds of cabinets and this laney cab fited for me personaly the best for this top..it has i believe stock celestions in it..and it was affordable too, approx.. 325 euro's

Great . thanks .. also what cab do you have GS412PS , GS412IS ,GS412AI or GS412PA ? sorry im asking so much but I want to buy the right one .. I trade my V3 for this amp and I cant get it to work I have a month before I start gigging again I Really Need this sounding good .also do you use any effects .. I use tc electronic Gsystem . What I found out is if I use the effects 100% wet the tones changes it goes a bit weak kinda weird even with all effects off!! thx

hello, the setting is!..chanel 3,gain 8, bass 8, mid 2, treble 4, presence 0..make sure to place the mike you gonna use at the correct spot, that will make all of the difference in your sound, even more influential then an eq-setting of the amp..

excuse me, press the boost and modern button too forgot to mention it because it's standard seting for me on chanel 3, shift around with the micro till you find your sound ..p:s this guitar helps a lot too ..it is a bo-el model kim..i don't think your cab should be a problem

if i remember correct bass on 9 middle on 2 treble on 4 and gain at three quarters..

Al heerlijk ! Je zou met de Eminence "The Wizard" proberen. Ik bouw cabinets en vind deze nog beter dan de Vintage 30. Een betje warmer. Neem me niet kwalijk omdat ik het nederlands veel verloren ben.

thanx man, yes i love this amp..this cab has plenty midrange..i sometimes use a KOOL&ELFRING (dutch hand built cabinets) cab with 2 v-30 in it..for a total different sound less mid focused and tight lowpunch..great when i record or play more heavy stuff..!!

zeker doen, ik denk dat ze wel een paar goede gitaarspelers kunnen gebruiken! Ik had nog een vraagje, wat voor cabinet gebruik je (met wat voor speakers) en wat zijn je presets? hoe staat je EQ enzo geregeld, misschien dat ik jou set-up als basis wil om zo mijn eigen sound te bepalen, I fell in love with it!

het is een standaard 2*12 cabinet van laney met celestions erin..kost 325 euro..heel middenrijk karakter..

met eq afstellen ligt het eraan wat voor gitaar jezelf gebruikt en niet te vergeten wat voor handen jezelf hebt., dus even proberen joh. ..het zit er allemaal in..

Ikzelf heb een standaard 4*12 Laney Cabinet met Celestion Seventy 80's, ik veronderstel dat jij dan dezelfde hebt in de 2*12. Stelt mij gerust, moet ik niet gaan zien voor nieuwe cab... En je hebt gelijk, eigenlijk moet ik zelf EQ's enzo instellen, ik mag niet lui zijn ;-)

thank you, yes years ago i had an vh100 from laney..also a great amp..

i like this one better it has three chanels that are all 3 of them great to use and fitt well together..that's not always the case with amps

The First time I hear you play Blues Joop, nice phrasing and I like how you build from Tasty slow to blistering fast (sheets of sound) that amp sounds good,did you add lots of mid to the sound? Nice amp! I agree with togglenuts... it definitely has a lot to do with Joop's playing. Whilst good equipment can enhance a guitarist's sound, it can't replace sheer talent. What a knockout performance, Joop!! 5*****
