過冷却水=水温氷点下で液体の状態を保った水

ゆえに衝撃を加えるとそれが原因で凍ってしまう

これをやりたかったら振動を与えないように静かに冷やす事がコツ­です。

冷えてる途中で振動を与えると凍ってしまいます。
