lemon has citric acid wich naturally kills bacteria.. i've tried it and had good results. not only did it clear my acne but after leaving the lemon juice on to dry it left my skin soft and less irritated looking also after using it for a while scars are less visable.. of course while you're putting the lemon on your skin it looks irritated and stings a little but it's no diff than mouth wash burning your mouth while it kills bacteria.. i like the lemon =)

It didn't work. Ive managed to cure my acne with out that just by following a few simple guide lines. First of all avoid foods which contain SUGAR at all costs! eating apples apperently cleanses your system out, kinda like a natural detox. honey has so much stuff about it that makes it good you should probably just look it up on google cause i can't fit it all, problem is it's some sticky and messy shit so u couldn't leave it on long but honey should deff help alot. as for toothpaste (the non gel white paste) it's the sodium in the paste that dries out the acne but toothpaste has other gunk in it, i wouldn't recomend it.

lemon has citric acid wich naturally kills bacteria.. i've tried it and had good results. not only did it clear my acne but after leaving the lemon juice on to dry it left my skin soft and less irritated looking also after using it for a while scars are less visable.. of course while you're putting the lemon on your skin it looks irritated and stings a little but it's no diff than mouth wash burning your mouth while it kills bacteria.. i like the lemon =)

hey guys/girls i saw your comments about apples and honey.. honey works my dad mixes me up a formula with honey in it and i drink it it is alright. but the docter perscribed me with defferin it is a great product and works well although u need to give it a few weeeks. but you will see a decrease in new pimples fast so you guys should check it out.. just go to google and type in differin

Diet does have a HUGE part in development of acne. Acne is a sign that there is something wrong with you internal environment. Society wants you to think its not diet. DONT BELIEVE IT!

It didn't work. Ive managed to cure my acne with out that just by following a few simple guide lines. First of all avoid foods which contain SUGAR at all costs! Sugar is the main culprit for facial acne. If you or some one you know has facial acne it is because of a hormone imbalance or poor digestive system. I would advise taking Magnesium tablets along with another pill called agnus cactus (you can get this in a liquid form) Agnus cactus cures hormonal imbalances.

sugar? so i cant have carbohydrates at all? carbs break down into glucose. define your terms. cells need glucose to function. you must mean refined sugar? even evaporated cane juice is a form of fructose, but the refined form is what you are probably referring to.

Another thing you shouldnt do is pick your face in fact you should leave it alone completely yes that means don't wash your face either for 3 days(I felt dirty doing this but it worked so trust me cleansing your face too much destroys the good oils in your skin, leading your skin to look lifeless) You should notice the redness will start to fade after the 3 days. Fruit is another key item which is needed to cure acne, fruits such as kiwi's and Apples are great!

Ye, I did loose weight.
But I tend to loose weight really quick anyway, it will vairy between people, some people may not loose any so may. I did work for me in a sence, it didn't completely clear my skin like it claims but it did do a good job. I picked my skin after so it went horrible again. I can't cope with the whole apple thing again! I refuse to eat them any more :S

its not supposed to kill bacteria, its just supposed to make sure you get all the apples (main cleanse ingredient) and intestinal residue out of your system. bacteria is vital as the last stage of digestion; this is what causes gas. enemas, however, make bacteria able to function easier when the lower bowels are cleaned out, thus balancing candida albicans yeast levels.
