They're just "spoke cards". Laminated paper usually with a logo or some design from a race that they were handed out to promote. As long as your wheel has enough spokes you just wedge them in.
@blueskyies1988 yea i have a DC shoes sticker on my bike. if u try to put it in u might need to use some elbow grease cause the spokes are very strong. but it isnt hard to do and it looks cool!
what about those card like things? what are they? how do they stay in the spokes
