Through a very well coordinated collabeartion of federal housing fraud that houses "anonymously" career drug/gun felons inside section 8 houses, everything Rev. jerimiah Wright stated is true. The cops, in coordination w/the feds, give them the drugs in terms of specific areas designated for the MX's to deliver the dope TO the black section 8 residents/felons, so the dope can be distributed out, while the police stay out of the area
