with all due respect to Rod Smith he has reached the end of his great career and he played great for us but unfortunently is too old now. and Eddie Royal was great for us this year and shanahan says Stokley is the best slot reciever he has ever seen so i don't think we need Lelie or Smith back.

Rod smith was at the end of his career because he suffered a hip injury that forced him to go on IR in 07. Before that injury he was the BEST route runner in the league. Also, I was thinking of the combo in the 05 season when the broncos went to the AFC championship game. Btw Lelie was one of the best deep receivers in his first 3 seasons in the league the guy averages 17yds a catch.

@hailmary7283 ur just saying that cause hes not a bronco anymore,,, he is definitely not too old. 3-7 is the average best for a wide reciever. hes in his 5th season. not trying to be insulting or contentious (however you spell it lol) but his great career is just starting, the dolphins have rebuilt their team and in about 2 years the dolphins with Marshall will be tremendous Super Bowl contenders.
