  • Lol at noobs having a split. Doing a 3 day split is mostly useful to intermediate-advance trainees, not weaklings who squat 135.

  • legg training realeases alot of testostorone,especially squats.thus helping ur upper body gains at the same time,why ppl skip leggs is completly beyond me :-/

  • @mbelma6329 Nah, I wish I was, I go for the all round package, because I play rugby, but when guys who go the gym just to look good say 'He's a douchebag because he only does his upper-body' I just think they're jealous? You're going to the gym for aesthetics, he's going to the gym for aesthetics. There's no difference.
