Cycling is the best exercise if you do not crash. When I was in my 60s I could ride a level century in less than 6 hours, but my equilibrium has gone south so now I walk to keep from crashing. My bicycle is leaning against the wall, and I have started talking to it about all the good times. :-) O yes I did crash once, and road rash is no fun.

Wow those crickets! I agree, vlogging, or even social internet, has phases. It's something we sometimes have to get away from just to maintain a balance and rejuvenate the interest. I like the wall color. I hate painting! I love it when it's over, and I like the process of making things look good and clean and fresh. But the actual process, nope. Similar to cleaning I guess.
