you really gave me a sense, for maybe the first time in my life, that you as the pianist were drawing the music out of the piano, coaxing it out as if by magic. There doesn't seem to be any hesitation or doubt of your ability at all in your playing, but there's no lazy cockiness either. Beautiful.
ng and feeling in it that it should probably go a tiny bit slower (an almost unnoticible change, but enough to significantly change the feeling of the piece) and calmer. Try taking the first g in the right hand (e in the recap) from the air, rather than placing your hand in the notes. It will create a more distant, angel-like sound.
Keep up the great work! Of course, you might not even be playing this piece now, but thought I might offer some suggestions!
This is beautiful. I'm actually playing this piece right now (all 3 movements), and was looking it up to hear some other versions. The only thing I really have to say is that the tempo changes a few times, which is normally okay, but it's felt rather significantly because this is andante in the first place, so even the slightest change in tempo is felt. Also, on the first page, and also in the recapitulation (of sorts, since this isnt strictly sonata-allegro), the secondary theme has such yearni
thank you. lighten certain notes. eg demi's. the repeated quavers could be more legato/sustained. LH accompaniment not all there. Please consider a better accoustic. More soft furnishings around are needed. The piano sounds too resonante
Thanks Phillip, actually I nearly lost it, it wasn't on the computer, so I had to go digging through old tapes, luckily it hadn't been recorded over...

I liked it very much! You missed a few notes at 1:18, right? :) Yeah, I know it's hard to play the LH accurate... All the best!
