did some research about "sexism" in court of law .. my finding, so far, is that I couldn't find "sexism" anywhere in United States Code but "sex" with "discrimination" so the code stated about "sex" and not "sexism" based on my finding....
... along with other words: "racism" "ageism" aren't in the USC... but sexual harassment hit me because what about deaf harassment... something that i ll keep an eye out in case laws, and hope I wll find something about it...
I think it has to be imposed, then more understanding can come from that. Maybe once the new aggregator is in place people will get a better idea of what the possibilities are and understand more about what we were trying to say and do.
Hi Don, good analogies. The impeding problem is that folks wanted concrete examples instead even thou they prob seen it but don't know how or chose not to interpret it as such. I agree it somewhat should not be imposed upon the group but it should at least been addressed instead of resorting to block/delete options. The ignorance of such persistent aversive attitudes & behaviors I believe, turned many of us off that an exit statement indicates that it's not acceptable by resorting to blind eye.
