  • Oh these ladies would burst a blood vessel if they walked into my dads house. He's a hippy, inventor, horder, and he never throws a thing away. Shoot he doesn't even believe in dish soap. I have NEVER seen him use a single cleaning supply not even laundry soap. Yes, cringe people.

  • Those bedrooms are so tiny but clean now good for them

  • Why clothes on the kitchen floor???????!!!!! FIVE people in the home and they leave clothes on the kitchen floor and walk on top of it......damn...

  • Those boys look too much like gingers to have souls.

  • This was my family on here, @crazyfro181 tell me who you are, lets see you say that about my sister again. I highly doubt you have the balls. Also to everyone who watches this, we did muck up and let the house get messy, but we tidied it again, now it's alright. Not perfect, they tidy your house on this and give you everything back in boxes. Nevermind though. Also if you don't believe it's me check out my channel.

  • i love the kitchen mostly... 3:58

  • you can tell the mother doesnt bathe.

  • hahaha love the reference to "nirvana" and "teen spirit!"

  • the girl must be adopted

  • @ARGH907 No, Dad's quite tall and Mum's particularly short - see at 6:47

  • Now they need to learn to bathe and get haircuts.

  • @crazyfro181 That's uncalled for - what's your room like?

  • That girl is way beyond her years, poor thing. Glad it looked so good in the end though!

  • its not just he mums responsibility. It is also her husbands and kids too.She needs to disseminate the chore to her kids, not all but some of it.It is a family collective effort. If youre staying under the same roof, everyone has to pitch in.

  • They had that small child sleeping in their bedroom with all that mold - they should be thankful they weren't turned in to Protective Services. Hopefully, when it starts to return [and it will] she cleans it.

  • Funny how we Americans wouldn't make due with a house that size. My house is small (1 bedroom & a den/bedroom-ie.no closet) for 3 people- but there is more room to move around in my living room and kitchen than that poor family has in that scrunched house...

  • It was sweet to see the mom so happy at the end...., maybe it was the jumpstart she needed to try to keep things clean. I love happy endings. What a sweet family

  • dammit I'd love one of those electric carpet-cleaners!!

  • I hope she keeps the home clean. No need for the kitchen to look like that.

  • @halosilverland Interesting how a lot of the comments are directed at the Mom...how she should keep the house clean. With 2 teens and one pre-teen and a husband, they all can pitch in to help clean.

In this day and age and we still think it's solely a woman's responsibility to clean the house. :( Bummer.

  • @OriginalPinkbird I see what you mean, but let's face it; she's the one with the most time on her hands, so she should take the lead. (I'd say that if she were a he.) If she has time to spend hours bargain hunting to replace things she already owns and can't find, while Kids are at school learning and Husband is at work earning money, she has time to clean the house and plan chores for everyone else. Certainly, Husband and Children should help as well, and do the assignments she gives them.

  • doesnt matter if she keeps it clean our not. they probably had ot have already moved. to a new house.. they only had 3 bedrroms and they were 5 people in the same house.

  • How do clothes end up in the kitchen and pile up on the kitchen floor in the first place?

Some people have some very odd habits.

  • I love the face Kim makes at 40!! Priceless!

  • What a gorgeous living room floor. Multi-tone parquet!!

  • Maybe that poor girl was depressed or something , they have such a lovely home and hopefully they help there mamma keep it clean, This show is brilliant so addictive

  • Hope they are still keeping it up-- beautiful job!

  • has anyone thought that maybe this lady is depressed, and she just cannot face tackling this on her own....

  • exactly

  • @kittykooky this "lady" is not depressed. She's a PIG. LAZY PIG.

  • What a lovely daughter!

It's such a shame that caring for a home is seen as a real drudge when what it creates is priceless.

  • Where is the bathroom? This isnt the first small apartment they did that did not show the bathroom

  • Its not an apartment haha its a house!!!

  • A lovely family. They all seem very appreciative. Even the lads seem quite delighted. A helping hand and a fresh start for everyone. I'm smiling!

  • I'm thinking now that the house is clean maybe mom can wash her hair. Yuck.

  • I like how the first thing the mother said she can do in her kitchen is make cakes!!

  • I wonder if the mother has managed to keep the house clean.

  • 6:36 Instead of saying 'we are going to go play sports or walk' it's more food ! Just what they need.

  • 2:36 CLEAN AS YOU GO was a phrase my great grandmother used and she was born in 1884, long before 'Kim'.

  • Wow! Sounds Like Ur Grandma Has Had A Long (Yet Good) Life

  • :22 We wish that was true, blondie, but most men nowadays dress like slobs and get women all the time.. since the 1960's/

  • Why does it take so long for hubby to show up? Are women still expected to do all this boring, unskilled work all by themselves?

  • Mostly, or so it seems...especially if they are stay at home moms.

  • Don't let the two women on here hear you say it's 'unskilled'!

  • Something makes me think that except for the girl.. this family is not changed, those boys and the Mum are just pure lazy.

  • paint those horrid green walls next.

  • There is something about that mother that makes me want to slap her. The parents should be ashamed for letting their kids live that way, it is pure laziness and neglect. If they want to live like absolute pigs, fine, but don't subject your own children to something you wouldnt put a dog in.

  • So judgemental! Maybe the mother is sad inside and she needed some help. What is wrong with you cold as ice people? You don't know her heart. Her children love her and that says a lot. What is the good of living in a clean house with unloving parents. I think this family was sweet and I am happy for them! Good luck English family lol!

  • This makes me want to clean, my clean bathroom. If you can't motivated by this, then there's no hope. Do you think there are people who actually live this way? Sometime I watch design shows, and I would like to redo some things in my house, but this makes me appreciate what I already have. My stuff is clean, and there is a lot to be said for clean.

  • I LOVE that part with the timer, one of my all-time favorite How Clean Is Your House moments.

Thank you for posting these, watching them is how I wind down in the evenings. (after I tidy up, of course.)

  • poor little girl, her situation brought a tear to my eye. i hope she does not have to keep this clean by herself, in the end.

  • such a sweet family, their daughter is beauuuuuuuuuuuuutiful and such a darling personality

  • that baby is tooo cute. please mom keep the house at least decent.

  • Thanks for posting these! They always inspire me to clean my apartment!!
