you need someone to teach you a thing or to with your excersizes.. your first one can kill your back/shoulders if you dont keep your elbows up first and pinkeys up before index finger. and when you do shoulder shrugs.. dont roll your shoulers ffs. that kills your joints and it not how its meant to be done.

Listen, a few words of advice: to take some of the strain off your shoulder, you should perform lateral raises for you middle deltoid with weights held in front of you, elbows bent to 90 degrees. If you are going for the posterior deltoid, bend forward as close to 90 degrees as possible (sitting or standing), but still keep your elbows bent. I'm a PT, so just trying to help. You look great BTW!
Ouch! Sorry to hear that. Mine wasn't a dislocation. I think I was over training. The MRI showed a slight tear in the suprapinatus tendon in my right shoulder. I could barely raise my arm 12" away from my side.

What did you do to your shoulder Lloyd? I have been rehabing a shoulder problem and tendinitis in both elbows. It sucks. You still look great.
