I will be out doing my Christmas shopping on December 21st, 2012 and the subsequent days leading up to Christmas, and I have a feeling the only fire will be the 'fire sales' to lure customers in to buy more 'stuff' because the economy will be the thing that is going through an apocolypse. I tend to be quite skeptic about these doomsday stories. However, in the highlands of Peru, there are caves where archaeologists found mummies -even women in the process of giving birth- and the people in the area say that there was a time -presumably thousands of years ago- when the "sun came down and burned everything", so people had to go into caves. In fact, the mountains in the area looked like they have been baked. Interesting indeed.

why is it then that the sun is presently cooling. Scientist have never told the truth in the past why should they start telling now. I have no faith in these people. If something does happen I hope they are the first to melt.

there is nothing you would be able to do to survive. just think the 5th world would be a depopulated earth with nukes going off all over the planet, nuke plants without people running them would have melt downs. the whole earth would be a wasteland not able to support life for hundreds of years. But maybe thats what we neeed,because we can not support the amount of people on earth anyhow.
