Very rarely do I comment on other people's vids... however, I would have to say no bueno with this one. Cross carry is fine, but not without a holster. After about a month or 2 in the summer, that kimber will have signs of corrosion/rust due to contact with your body if worn everyday. Some people may also break out in skin irritation. Last of all, unless your pants are very tight, it's not a good way to securely carry a firearm. Use a holster!

So what experience do you have carying your 1911 this way. Sure the gun is safe to carry like this but. You have no retention keeping the gun where it is, that saftey is goin to rub your gut raw, and your gut is going to sweat all over that gun. Since you dont carry you dont realize that you dont carry around your clothing style, you dress around the way you carry. so yea a holster adds a lil girth but not much and you getter a larger pant size for carrying iwb. Do it all the time myself. The most comfortable carry by far. I prefer to wear a band on the outside of my pants though but set up for cross draw. No sweat that way and more secure. Always nice though that you can shove a 1911 down your pants without fear of blowing your hog off.
