    PS, as far as all of you net drifters arguing about what makes a better drift car; the driver makes the car. if you're good you can sit your ass in any driver's seat and make it slide. if you suck you argue on the internet about which car is better.

  • who said anything about a "perfect" drift car. And its not like the 350z is a Toyota chasser, only weighs around 100 more lbs then a S15 which is a very successful drift chassis.

  • Lighter don't make it better. Rhys Millen's GTO was a terror on the track.

    Japans little midget Drift Vans (they're like taller Suzuki Cappucinos) are all over the place and their drifting isn't smooth. It's jerky and somewhat violent.

  • your stupid, Rhys GTO was had horrible problems and they had to change so many things with the suspension (remounting coilovers and such) it shouldnt of even been called a gto any more, plus after all the stripping they did. And why do you bring up midget vans?? wtf does that have to do with any thing?

  • Have you seen how many consistent he is? His GTO is proof that a lighter car isn't better. He ranks top 3 consistently each round.

    The reason why I brought up the Midget vans is their lightness. It's because they don't have any weight, therefore the car is sensitive to any throttle/wheel movement.

  • did you not hear me? that car is not a GTO with all that work on it its worth well over 100,000 at least not counting the cost of the car. They had to change suspension mounting points, and strip and replace a shit load of the car cause it was so heavy. Basic thing about drifting is, try to make it as close to a s chassis car as possible. GTO's suck for drifting, i will stick with my s14 wich could compete with a gto easy with around 10,000 put into it
