I am an animal lover, environmentalist, and user of conibear 110 traps for the invasion of ground squirrels we've experienced since the San Diego Fires came through our community in 2007. Conibears are kill traps... and more humane than poisoning, drowning, shooting, or suffocation. Relocation isn't an option, as squirrels are den animals that will not be accepted and will starve. It is also against the law in California as they are considered a pest animal.
