Zachary's Pizza in Berkeley, California

The best Chicago style pizza ANYWHERE...I've had them all (and I was born in Chicago). Yes, better than Giordano's, Gino's East, Lou Malnati's (Numero Uno/Due doesn't even get a mention here). With that said, I'm not saying the other's aren't good (even Patxi's in SF is good), just that Zachary's is the best. .

I lived in Alameda in the late 80's and early 90's and the very best pizza anywhere was at Zacharys!!!

I miss Zachary's. I live in Southern Cali now and I can't find a decent Pizza place out here. There is one place in the area that has Chicago. I hear it's good but I've yet to try it. The Bay Area has great food in general.

There is a Zachary's in Berkeley but this video shows the one in Oakland. Close enough for TV. Great pizza, anyway.

Nope, doneil818. There is a nice Zachary's in north Berkeley (on Solano), but this Zachary's is in Rockridge, and contrary to popular belief, Rockridge is not part of Berkeley. It's 100% Oakland (just a few blocks from the border though).
