Ahaha funny i just bought a "modest" 2011 subaru impreza 5 door 2.5i (no turbocharged models i.e wrx/ wrx sti) but my goodness the subaru is so rewarding too drive so was the mitsubishi lancer of its same class... but I picked up the impreza...very understated car compared to its more praised older brothers. ( have test driven the sti but not the evo x)

I understand fully the capability of the current grp "n" impreza.... it is over rated and slow, in most domestic championships in 2010 it got its arse handed to it by the evo x... the other 2 cars in this video are icons.... nearly as big as the legend who developed and drove them..  a gentleman i had the pleasure of meeting twice in my life... Colin still is my own personal hero and the fact that 2.58 of this vid is wasted on a PR attempt from Prodrive is a waste in my humble opinion ..

Prodrive helped Subaru be competitive in WRC against much larger car companies for years and has worked with Subaru to develop technologies to increase the performance of their race and road cars.

The torque vectoring on this car is obvious, too bad the production version of STI doesn't have it. But you can clearly see how it pushes the car into a turn from behind.
