There are so many elements making this song jaw dropping. David's evil voice, the whirring synths, Tina's wobbling baseline.. However the one thing really standing out to me in this studio version is Frantz's distinct snare, kick, and high hat, driving the song forward. Brilliant is too cliched a compliment for the Heads... Transcendental will have to do for tonight.

First and foremost, this man is a genius, He is full of rhythmic funk, soul and swagger. Anyone that can rock a suit by a Japanese designer, and utilize the contour/cut of the design to add to his aerodynamic facade, is a serious brother. He is quirky, bluesy, he is so beyond years, that there has never been anyone to duplicate his style, he is an icon...simply stated, David Byrne, you know his name.
