and this accent is only spoken in the area around east and southeast Syria, and in iraq is the accent ONLY spoken in west, and north Iraq. So please dont deny that this accent is syrian but Iraqi. In Iraq is it only spoken few places and so is it in Syria. It is tribal accent in tribes as (Jobour, Ne'em, Dulaym, Taii', Hiyal, Jehaish, Uqaydat, Baqara and so on) and there is Shammar, an iniza with a little bit difference accent.

it is a syrien accent. but the accent is from the tribal side of syria. where the different arabic tribes live. it is such places as Qamishli, Hasakah, Der el zor, aljazeera and so on. there accent is not more different than there cousins accent in North an West Iraq. where the tribes are the same tribes as the syrians tribes, and therefor they are cousins.
