Any innocent parent would voluntarily speak to the police whenever they needed, they'd also take a polygraph immediately to eliminate themselves as witnesses.
actually her parents were CLEARED by DNA, the dna of the killer is that of an unknown male. i cant believe people just comment and throw allegations around before they actually read up on it , its a very complicated case. just ask yourself how would you act if it was your kid brutally murdered?

I believe the dad did it,they found child porn in his work computer.They found a book in his property that was about mind control with a tazer,and they found a tazer in his house and she had marks on her neck.Her vigina opening was unusually large for a child her age and it only happens if she was being sexually abused for a continues time.she slept in her brothers room from time to time..why maybe because her dad would go in her room.They refused to take a lie detector test.
EVEN today JonBenets murder have not been solved! This murder is so sad :( I think the boulder police could have solved this case a long time ago,if they had done it right in the begining. Evidence was destroyed,because people went in and out. There were footprints in the snow,and they didnt even get them before they were destroyed. This case will never be solved :( because all evidence isnt there! The person who did it can also be died!

boulder police department were not stupid. they suspected the parents straight away, they did make mistakes, but i believe they were on the right track with the ramsay's.
There is no way a person could be in their house for that long, I do believe it was an intruder but I also do think that the parents were involved because it's pretty much impossible to have that much time to do all that and to feel certain that no one was coming home!
I read somewhere Jon Benet told her friend santa was going to visit her alone for a special visit (after christmas) but it was a secret so she wasnt to tell anyone. That alone and the day she was murdered is a scary coincidence. Could you imagine if the murderer was dressed as santa? Kids are not generally scared of Santa and tend to trust him. Im really on the fence with this case. So many things just dont add up and as much as the parents were cleared something tells me they knew more

John Ramsey is trying to get sympathy for himself and his wife when he says so dramatically the well-rehearsed lines "...It was a deep blow that widened the chasm of Trust"- and I suddenly pictured that horrible photo of this little girl's skull with a huge hole spreading into a massive 8" long crack that basically divided the top of her skull.

Intruder, the house was fully carpeted and 6500 sq feet...a bold and creepy individual could easily creep around that house without any one the wiser.
How can your child be taken out of their bed, hit in the head, molested, and strangled to death in your own house then the killer goes roaming around the house to search for some paper and a pen and write a lengthy ransom note and leave? All without you hearing a thing? And you have an alarm system but don't use it. Its just too much surrounding them.

When the Ramseys visited friends on Christmas Day he got into the house and just waited. I truly believe she was murdered long before that telephone call to 911, and the killer(the ramseys or whomever) took the time to clean up the crime scene. the end of this part, where the police refuse the interview under the conditions imposed, right or wrong as the conditions may have been, if the police had truely been interested in finding out what really happened that night, they would have went ahead and taken whatever statements they could get at that time. since they didn't, it shows that all they were interested in, was winning the pissing contest that had developed on day 2 of this horrible tragic mess.

Very interesting. I'd already moved to Europe by the time this happened, so thanks for the upload. Hadn't the girl complained a couple of weeks before her death of people in dark robes with candles? She'd started talking, perhaps. Not many six year olds could or would make up such a thing. That's just my perception, but they do make up stories and this type of thing is beyond the pale. Uprated.

I truly believe she was murdered long before that telephone call to 911, and the killer(the ramseys or whomever) took the time to clean up the crime scene. @honeycomb97 oh i kno tht but in this certain case Burke would have to be pretty idk..nuts to do wht happened to her...and i kno someone who knows Burke and she said tht JonBenet's murder has effected him alot he always carries a picture of her and he's marring a girl tht did pagents and he always dated girls tht reminded him of his sister so i dont think he did.
