Once i get it and go back if i talk to him a 2nd time will special dialog appear or its too late? Some one please answer.

@falloutgeek87 Fallout 3 is better I agree. I think Bethesda made a mistake by portraying New Vegas by having humanity thriving again. Fallout 3 is creepier, people are struggling to survive and the Capital Wasteland seems more real than the Mojave. The storyline is better too. TLW goes out looking for his Dad and in NV the Courier is out to have revenge. NV doesn't have the same emotions and feel to it. But the weaponry in the NV is better. Iron sights FTW!
