I know excatcly what he means about the movement. it's kind of like a robot, but more human, and you have to be able to let go and know that it isn't reality. because the move like BOOM and move robot/knifesliveing precision, for only about a split second and just as fast as the start the boom stop and it's only less than a second.

@david94145 I've read that astral projections generally last 15 earth minutes, much like a smoked DMT sesh. Also REM sleep supposedly lasts for around that duration.

i think this is more of a clairvoyance ability than astral projection. with AP you can hear audio and have full interactions with beings. clairvoyance is just seeing

I did this once and i saw some wild shit, so I bitched out. I saw some big ass creepy fucking being in front of me and , it was just like a rollercoaster except I was getting black and white flashes of light, then no bs, hippie jesus pops out the corner and throws two symbols at me , they were yellow and silver. The first time I astral projected, I saw a sea of red and from this sea two rectangular objects rose up. The rectangular objects were connected by a blue wire. I went through the two rectangles and saw my brain, eyes as if I was inside my head. I popped out and I was floating on top of my body. @eddyjt13 sorry I think i wasn't clear - i didn't mean when you astral travel you will get stuck...most of the time you'll get pulled back but you can also do something like a focus on a body part - start moving you finger around and focus on that and you will get pulled back. Also it;s kind of fun to twirl round and round in your astral and find yourself somewhere else...what i meant about getting stuck was (as you've heard this reality is real and unreal) well so are all the astral realms...
@eddyjt13 - people talk about liberation, enlightenment...this is what i meant - its easy to spend all our spare time going into world upon world so if the end of your life comes you may not have awakened...as in liberation...not that it is a path for all - some believe that you'll get back on the wheel of life again and again until realization, u just can't take the world of illusion with u when you pass but liberation frees u so enjoy but know its still part of the illusion of real/unreal

But I don't have so much interest in visiting other worlds. Its more about putting on higher self and letting that take me where I need to go, which is Divine realms or high realms where teaching happens.
Higher self seems already in all dimensions.

Hi I just found your videos. I see everything as energy and light but whats weird about listening to this is for the last few years I see that always above me...that moving pulsating vortex/thing...sometimes it will open right up to me as a tunnel - it seems to be interactive if i ask it to come closer. I see it always without doing anything either in the dark or in sunlight always above me. I thought it was the tunnel perhaps we go into when we die...I am not meditating it's just there?

ok so i see the spinning sometimes if i focus on the focus point(most of the time) but i dont see the "BB"...what to i focus on? sometimes i can see the bb for like a second but it will completely disappear ...i dont lose it but it just fades away...this is really annoying because its the starting point and i cant even do that...what do i do?

@pkometa I'm still a beginner myself, so i'm really not sure what to say..after you lose the after image, keep your minds eye at that exact location, and just concentrate with breathing techniques. after a while, different colored "gas" will come and go, for me its usually purplish. Just be patient and let things come, while staying focused on breathing. As for the vortex and spinning i've only achieved that the first few times while sober ;).
I use void meditation for astral projection... Doing this wont drain you from your energy as much. Concentration burns a lot of life energy... bad for your physical health.

When I woke up i the middle of the night I saw a oval of white light in the distance but I did not seem to be bothered by it and just fell back to sleep. Then I woke up again (not knowing how much time had past) and it was illuminating the whole window but not close enough to prevent being able to ee its outer shape (literally above our tree in the back garden.) and as I realized what it was as I woke up it felt like it knew I was looking and at that eyey to eye moment it imploded into nothing!
one occured while I was looking out at the horizon at dusk and various colors of mushroom shaped lights came from the horizon (i was awake with my eyes open at this point.) and they were purple, green, pink etc etc and they danced aroud in the distance innocently and the front ones zoomed off over the top off my house and the others followed suit.
The other happend when I was in bed at night (I used to sleep next to the window with the curtais open so I could fall asleep looking at the stars
I am 22 now and when I was around 10years old I used to stare out at the horizon out my bedroom window and there was a beakon of light in the distance. I used to focus on this light and feel in a state of peace and compassion and It felt like an adrenaline ruch down my back tingley and made me feel charged. I can remember that when I did this I was surrounded by light as if everything was turing white. Its hard to rememer exactly but I had 2 very distinct UFO sightings....

I did this once and i saw some wild shit, so I bitched out. I saw some big ass creepy fucking being in front of me and , it was just like a rollercoaster except I was getting black and white flashes of light, then no bs, hippie jesus pops out the corner and throws two symbols at me , they were yellow and silver. Then I said fuck that. Hopefully your technique works bc im down for rd 2. and its funny bc i always see that circle motion in front of me everytime i sleep. peace

I must say, it's pretty scary when you experience shadow entities the first time.. you think you see smt wave through your third eye into your mind but you're not sure .. you know.. and then you see it very clearly and I went like .. WTF? I even stopped smoking weed for a while just to make sure I wasn't bullshitting myself.. conclusion: it's all real and very exciting to practise if you have the mental strength. lol dude you are totally right I have experienced some of these things as well .. ppl think I'm going nuts :D There is soo much extradimensional beings/entities/energies trying to hold us back, leeching our energy or manipulating dreams. I'm almost passed the fear but the more energy I put into it, the more energy it/they are throwing back at me ... much respect for you dude, I hope one day I may enter the starfield as well. The first time I astral projected, I saw a sea of red and from this sea two rectangular objects rose up. The rectangular objects were connected by a blue wire. I went through the two rectangles and saw my brain, eyes as if I was inside my head. I popped out and I was floating on top of my body. Never knew what this meant, but it opened the door to a wave of experiences.

yes i agree that all this helps awaken the spiritual energy but remember that who we really are is beyond all form, beyond mind and all these worlds we can get stuck for lifetimes exploring without going to see who we truly are...that is beyond. I know you know this but for others ask yourself what is your next thought going to be? who watches the watcher? what is real and permanent? into the silence, alert awareness look for yourself that which never dies for everything else is illusion. thks!

Also do you see these huge light tornados come over you ever? They seem to be doing something to the body...I mean huge they can't fit completely in the room? again in sunlight or in the dark they are there...also something else that seems to spit out little lights at me...not talking about the prana in the air, this is something that just comes and pulsates and spits out lights...i say thanks ha but i always wonder whats up with that... maybe as i get through your videos you'll talk about it

@eddyjt13 sorry I think i wasn't clear - i didn't mean when you astral travel you will get stuck...most of the time you'll get pulled back but you can also do something like a focus on a body part - start moving you finger around and focus on that and you will get pulled back. Also it;s kind of fun to twirl round and round in your astral and find yourself somewhere else...what i meant about getting stuck was (as you've heard this reality is real and unreal) well so are all the astral realms...

@eddyjt13 - people talk about liberation, enlightenment...this is what i meant - its easy to spend all our spare time going into world upon world so if the end of your life comes you may not have awakened...as in liberation...not that it is a path for all - some believe that you'll get back on the wheel of life again and again until realization, u just can't take the world of illusion with u when you pass but liberation frees u so enjoy but know its still part of the illusion of real/unreal

@yogisrock That sounds good. All this has been occurring in my reality since I was small, all involuntarily at first. Ive had benevolent friends visiting since I can remember.
But I don't have so much interest in visiting other worlds. Its more about putting on higher self and letting that take me where I need to go, which is Divine realms or high realms where teaching happens.
Higher self seems already in all dimensions.
I like also that you say laughter is good medicine. :)

Me too!...at first I kept trying to go where I wanted to go (: but then I finally surrendered to this and you are right that higher self takes you where you need to go for your learning! I remember once I was going to visit a friend & they came up behind me and said, "How would I like it if people did that to me without my permission." Now I don't do that! ha being aware teachings can take place so it's all good...I think u end up right where u need to be!

So laughing always is good! No fear (: If you come across someone scary; I pretend it is my best friend disguised to try to scare me and again start laughing - then i am somewhere else or it is gone...laughing is good medicine (;

Hi I just found your videos. I see everything as energy and light but whats weird about listening to this is for the last few years I see that always above me...that moving pulsating vortex/thing...sometimes it will open right up to me as a tunnel - it seems to be interactive if i ask it to come closer. I see it always without doing anything either in the dark or in sunlight always above me. I thought it was the tunnel perhaps we go into when we die...I am not meditating it's just there?

@dero7 Hi Dero... thanks for this. Why did you choose to do this as a photonegative.. interestingly enough, when you do this in real life, and then close your eyes, this is how you see the flame, as a photo-negative, and it looks like a sideways eye of Horus... yet if I stare at your video of you doing it and then close my eyes, I see a real flame... in any case I do get some anxiety during the 'rush out part' I put mental clamps on my astral projecting a while ago and think it's time retrun

Has anyone notice that every time he talks the flame gets taller and still? When hes not blowing on it lol. And you can see the candle color, its white on top following orange, pink, red, dark blue, then light blue. Idk maybe its just how he has the negative feature. Also the "shadow" of the flame gets wider and lighter as it moves out. cool :) Light the video and will be trying this. :)

ok so i see the spinning sometimes if i focus on the focus point(most of the time) but i dont see the "BB"...what to i focus on? sometimes i can see the bb for like a second but it will completely disappear ...i dont lose it but it just fades away...this is really annoying because its the starting point and i cant even do that...what do i do?

@pkometa I'm still a beginner myself, so i'm really not sure what to say..after you lose the after image, keep your minds eye at that exact location, and just concentrate with breathing techniques. after a while, different colored "gas" will come and go, for me its usually purplish. Just be patient and let things come, while staying focused on breathing. As for the vortex and spinning i've only achieved that the first few times while sober ;).

I use void meditation for astral projection... Doing this wont drain you from your energy as much. Concentration burns a lot of life energy... bad for your physical health.

I just watched all three of your "Everyone can" vids. Thank you for sharing, very helpful, and I will indeed give it a try. Surprisingly, there's a tad bit of apprehensive inner fear regarding the spirits and shit since I always tell myself I don't believe in that. I do believe in the "force" and power of the mind. Dr Greer of the disclosure project staes you can meditate to contact beings and I would say he is crazy but as I have experienced this myself I believe that this is possible. I will take your teachings and practice astral projection ;-)

I did not seem to be bothered about it as I was fascinated and exited that I got to see these things but the more I think about it I belive that I may have naturally been meditating in a way of contacting possibly a form of astral projection. I have studied many cultures recently and the pineal gland meditation seems to relate to my feelings of compassion and warm tingling charged excitement. What do you think? ps sorry for taking up alot of room but want ohers to see if they have had this too.

When I woke up i the middle of the night I saw a oval of white light in the distance but I did not seem to be bothered by it and just fell back to sleep. Then I woke up again (not knowing how much time had past) and it was illuminating the whole window but not close enough to prevent being able to ee its outer shape (literally above our tree in the back garden.) and as I realized what it was as I woke up it felt like it knew I was looking and at that eyey to eye moment it imploded into nothing!

one occured while I was looking out at the horizon at dusk and various colors of mushroom shaped lights came from the horizon (i was awake with my eyes open at this point.) and they were purple, green, pink etc etc and they danced aroud in the distance innocently and the front ones zoomed off over the top off my house and the others followed suit.
The other happend when I was in bed at night (I used to sleep next to the window with the curtais open so I could fall asleep looking at the stars

I am 22 now and when I was around 10years old I used to stare out at the horizon out my bedroom window and there was a beakon of light in the distance. I used to focus on this light and feel in a state of peace and compassion and It felt like an adrenaline ruch down my back tingley and made me feel charged. I can remember that when I did this I was surrounded by light as if everything was turing white. Its hard to rememer exactly but I had 2 very distinct UFO sightings....
