LOK Defiance - Mortanius in the Spectral Realm

I think, Mortanius cannot enter to the Spectral Realm. The scene when Kain metts him after he was killed, was somewhere in the Underworld or even in Hell.

@Bosman1745 - Since he is the guardian of Death, I don´t see why he couldn´t and the underword IS in the spectral realm.
