Maybe you don't have a personal and intimate relationship with God. If you love someone, wouldn't you cheer the person on and be excited about the person? And if you're a Christian and still can't understand this, then, please, get to know your God more. These are people expressing how they feel about their God through how they "praise" (to express approval or admiration of) Him through their singing and dancing. However you praise God, make sure it's reverence that is sincere and in truth.
Change the video title. The reason behind the dancing and joyous singing is to raise your vibrations and alignment with God. You need to wake up the Christ in you by raising your spiritual vibrations for easy manifestations.
God Bless You... He made you and the 'niggers'. With the same blood and with same ability, So let them praise good in there own way... that is not "stupid. If you dont believe in God well live your life with passing judgment to others and being so uncivil on youtube unto people that would never pass judgement unto you. God Bless you Once again.
HAHAH ur right all my Christan friends are alway happy full of joy, while my pagan friends cant go a day without saying FML (fuck my life) which is pretty funny to me, and im not from Tanzania but if hey if they want to dance like david danced well i say LET THEM. (btw i go to a penticostal church so freedom to dance is allowed)
This is a typical African worship, not crazy. That is why their churches are growing while many dead churches are shrinking. Check out my video response.
NGO think they own african people which is very ridiculous. if u dnt believe in GOD dnt be ashamed to ask these pple enjoying n there u are missarable taking a video get a life videographer
there is nothing crazy about their worship. We clap our hand and stomp our feet in praise and that might be crazy to others but it's not. We all worship differently as long as we worship the God of Israel and his son the King Of Israel
There is nothing crazy about these people. They are joyous. The marching and waving is symbolic of David's triumphant entry into Jerusalem as he danced and worship before the Ark of Covenant. Our Western churches are so dry and unjoyous, we could learn much from African Christians.
Hi Dear Video owner is it a good way of entitlting a video. Must know that what you call crazy is considered to be praise & worship for others. no point to discus on colours and taste. Can you just change this title please? sorry for my english i speak french man. thanks
I very much agree that the title of this video is offensive.
That said, I'm glad that the video contributor had the foresight to film it and post it on YouTube so that people in the world could see one example of an African Christian church service.
Now, after tearing into you, please let me do something I should have done first: mention the good points of the video. First, you chose a service with beautiful music and welcoming people. Second, you let the images speak for themselves (with the exception of that title!), something that happens too seldom in videos of Africans. Third, your technique was pretty good. You avoided the rapid pans and zooms that amateurs use to ruin their videos. Fourth, you showed several aspects of the service.
What villageef was probably referring to as 'crazy' is the fact that these people have an enthusiam and joy that is rare in North American Churches. Or else, the fact that the movie contains sections of various songs.
I definately agree with you though; the music is so beautiful!
Please change the title of this video. It's offensive. I am not a believer in any religion, and I also disagree with much of Pentecostalism. Despite this, I can strongly assert that there is NOTHING crazy about this church service as presented in this video. These are enthusiastic, happy people, sharing with each other. They're making their own music. I read that the videographers from some NGO. What gives you to right to sneer at people poorer (and probably darker) than you?
