it is the leading GSM, UMTS (what you know as 3G) and WiFi researcher and developer in the world and this means that in order iphone to work it has to use patented tech which in this case is nokias...

nokia has spent billion on R&D and apple is using the tech for free?

Nokia has been in discussion with Apple for the past two years for a legal agreement. Since the talks failed, Nokia has been forced to go the legal route.

lol. Mac os x is built off of unix. And that is what makes it good. The unix part...not the Apple part.

Apple...the computer for people that know jack about computers. Apple is to computers what Playskools 'my first microphone' is to recording equipment.

Windows gives you more freedom, but has it's drawbacks.

Real computer users use unix or it's derivatives. That's why servers and networks run linux.
