Pavement Patty - fucked up! How many accidents are going to occur because people aren't paying attention, see "Patty" at the last possible moment, and slam on their brakes? It happens all the damn time with squirrels and rabbits and REAL EFFING CHILDREN, why would this be any different? At least with regular old speed bumps you have some warning, like signs or yellow stripes or something. Gawd.
