I asked him why he would ask me these questions if I was stopped for traffic violation. He became violent, yelled, threatened me. There is no justification for the Officers actions. Brutality 101, Open & Shut Case & Officers involved should be fired.
What the woman says is unclear but at the same time there is no source indicating that this was a proper procedure.
At this point you can legally defend yourself and treat the situation as "SELF DEFENSE" because the Officers themselves have become neglegent.
The Officers are also clearly involved in criminal activity and again, you have all the right to defend yourself.

Officer Michael Jose Urbina covered her whole body in black and blue marks and gave her a forearm to the head that caused a concussion.
He falsely arrested her and lied to the magistrate that the victim was throwing punches at him. If you watch the video, you can see she never threw punches at anyone.
Officer Urbina arrested her and charged her with disorderly conduct. The prosecutor saw the video and refused to prosecute the bogus charges and the case was dropped.

I've experienced bad cops first hand, as I was picked up for sleep walking on Ambien.Ignored, hungry and thirsty,it was suggested I "sit and rot." For what exactly?they pressed charges that I still to this day haven't seen.Ive never been in trouble, but I've started life anew away from the place. I try to stay positive, but it's hard when people want you to rot when they dont know what happened other than what was written in a newspaper. So, don't throw in a suggestion until you KNOW your facts.
