There are many more serious diseases than diabetes. But i agree that in an country like the US diabetes may form a serious problem. But still you've got HIV and other Sexual Transmitted Disease. As you said cancer, but as a doctor he can only rap about seeing a doctor more often to check if you've got it. He can rap about the dangers of a heart attack and what to do if someone has one. If i was him, i rapped about HIV but then again diabetes is a Disease that doesn't get that much attention

Diabetes is the SIXTH killer of all people in America but that's not serious enough?!
