We had a nice condo in the upper east side for 30 years to be we moved to NJ it sucks out here so when am like 19 or 20 am moving back to NY and paying rant first then I will ask for a nice condo or I could work up to it my self but no lol

Hate it when there's no counterspace next to the opening of the refrigerator. That makes for a wasteful kitchen working triangle. I love the space, just don't trust that glass. I hope it doesn't make "death-ray" spots on the terrace like at the Aria complex in Vegas. I'd grow herbs, flowers and veggies up there is pots. City pigeons should love that space!

@zippyman818 I'd work there and take an upstairs room. This home needs constant attention. I think a smart owner would move the master suite to follow the seasons; as the upstairs bedroom is great, but there's something to be said for NOT having to use stairs after eating and entertaining on the terraces all night long. The library could be a great retreat; a place to drop off an unannounced amuse bouche surprise with the second glasses of wine.
