Full Swing with Golf Metronome - 50 bpm Beat Pattern

Too slow - try using a 4/4 beat at 120. First beat sets up, 2 start swing back third at the top forths hit the ball. You sould alo use a 3/4 (waltz style beat) and set it at 150% speed of 4/4 at 180. But this one bext at each end of the swing is too stiff - 3 or 4 beat a swing will make you 'dance' a bit more. BTW don't do it at this video volume - you'll drive those guys over on the tee nuts!
