just wondering if you are interested in putting a wheelie bar on the back of that little rocket. seems like it would help keep it from flipping backwards on you. I have the big e-revo brushless. I converted. Love all of castle creations technology, they are just perfectionist to the point of genius. anyway, rock on man, cool run. can't wait to see more videos after a wheelie bar and maybe a few ounces of weight added to the front end. I would try running two three cell packs as one,more run time

Been thre, dont that. Didnt like it. This was taken months ago. I've tried about a bunch of different motor and ESC combos and even had a 6s setup. Search for me on the Traxxas forums for the build threads. Thanks!

I'm not saying the VXLs are bad. But they do heat up pretty fast. I just didnt want to deal with it so I swapped it out 1st thing.

Any nimh charger will work.

DP makes some and so does New Era. There's also a guy that makes them on puts them on eBay so there's like 4-5 different choices. I have the new era but really dont need the extra weight.

I've been grinding the front spider gears in the diff. Need to adjust braking. brakes way to hard and is hard on the diffs. Other than that it still runs smooth and last my 45 minute bash sessions without overheating

just some recomendations... get the dx3s verynusefull for temps and you might want to get the other differential... that will keep the front end down

Nice Neu motor, its the 1112 1Y right? Nice I may have to consider it. I was gonna get the rear buggy dirt hawgs but the LHS was all out so I ended up with something else, should have a video within a week when my camera is back from upstate(left it at my seasonal camper durrr.) Nice video though!

I have a Neu 1112 1Y. It's 3900kv so its pretty matched up with the stock setup on RPMs. I do need to figure out how to stop the antenna grinding. I only get about 30ft signal with my Spektrum now that the antenna was shredded

to stop shredding the antenna keep it under the body, with spectrum now u dont need to run it outside the body but if the wire is shorter now than it was it needs replaced

Yeah I figured that out later. Lol. At least I found a replacement case and new antenna on eBay for $8.

awsome vid. i cant reach full throttle with mine too because it always flips over and destoys the reciever wire. im going to put somthing on the front end that will make it balenced at high speeds
