I'm not saying that there aren't a number of verses about your worth in the Bible, but I think you're taking the verses you're listing out of context. It is a love story between Solomon and his bride. There is a lot of sexual stuff in it. I think it's in there to show the beauty of sex in marriage. We are uncomfortable with the idea of any part of the Bible being so graphic so we try to turn it into something more appropriate in our eyes.

acually it hasnt peoples obsession of power and Nationalism has caused death and repression along with racism, religion has had some wars but nothing huge, it has exiled some people but overall is an accepting concept

It depends on how you look at it. This here is how God intended love between a man and a woman. Human nature gets in the way of who God is and causes us to blaspheme making God look like a sadistic monster but that's Satan's deception. How are these metaphors supposed to make any intelligent person feel good or of worth? I just might not understand what these lines mean but i guess god should have been a little more responsible in clarifying and in leaving EVIDENCE.

You have to keep in mind, especially for those of us that speak a majority of English, that the bible was translated ROUGHLY from Hebrew. Some of what the bible might be trying to say could be lost in translation, and definitely a lot of it has to do with reading between the lines. And personally i believe the evidence of the lord is everywhere, if you're willing to open your eyes and see it.
