Rocky III is my favorite of the series. Hands down. I can watch it almost any time. Apollo coming in to train, rather retrain, Rocky was a brilliant move. The only problem with all the Rocky movies... doesn't matter what new techniques he learns in each film, it all comes down to his ability to take hits repeatedly. Especially in II, III, and IV.

Maybe it's just cause I'm so used to "Eye of the Tiger" for these scenes but as much as I love "You're The Best Around", it just doesn't work here. At least for ME. The songs go GREAT where they ARE. I wouldnt want "Eye of the Tiger" in "The Karate Kid" and I dont want "You're The Best Around" in "Rocky 3".

Karate Kid has some of the worst fight scenes in the history of marital arts movies (or even all movies involving fight scenes)

The jittery, bunny hopping they do, people blatantly not blocking (almost as if they are going out of their way to get hit), people winding up before they punch or kick
